General terms and conditions

1. scope of application
(I) The following terms and conditions are valid for all contracts that you, as a customer, conclude with BONNEN via the online store. Customers within the scope of these GTCs can be consumers according to § 13 BGB as well as entrepreneurs according to § 14 BGB.

2. contract language, contract text storage
(I) The presentation of products on the Internet does not constitute a binding offer of contract. The contract between the customer and BONNEN shall only come into existence upon the customer's order and BONNEN's acceptance thereof.
The confirmation of the receipt of the order is still acceptance of the order.
Upon acceptance of the order BONNEN will send order confirmation by email.
Also the sending of the ordered goods to the customer is equal to a declaration of acceptance.
(II) The contract language is German.
(III) The text of the contract will be saved and sent with your order data and our terms and conditions by email.

3. shipping costs, delivery and shipping terms
Buyers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
That is, you have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days and return the goods without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party authorized by you, other than the supplier, has/have taken possession of the goods.
Please inform us within the 14 days that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal by sending us (BONNEN, Dasselstrstr. 31, 50674 Cologne, Germany) an email at piabonnen@info.de.
After you have withdrawn from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs.
However, the costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the customer. For the refund we will use the same payment method you have chosen for your original payment, unless we have agreed on another payment method.

The shipment will be made within Germany for 4.99€ with DHL., if the goods are in stock, the goods will leave our house within 72 hours.
If an item is not in stock, the estimated time until receipt of goods is displayed with the product. Unfortunately, we have no influence on these delivery times, because they are the delivery times of the producer, about delayed delivery times you will of course be informed.

4. terms of payment
Payment can be made by PayPal or by credit card.

6. reservation of proprietary rights
The goods remain our property until full payment.

7. transport damages
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, complain immediately to the deliverer and contact us immediately.

8 Warranty
(I) Unless otherwise expressly agreed below, the statutory liability for defects shall apply.
(II) The limitation period of warranty claims for the delivered goods is two years from receipt of the goods. If the customer is an entrepreneur, the limitation period shall be one year.
(III) For consumers and entrepreneurs, the above limitations of liability and limitation periods do not apply to claims for damages and reimbursement of expenses.
9 Liability
We shall be liable for damages and reimbursement of expenses in accordance with the statutory provisions. However, expressly not for wrong or unsupervised use!

10. technical and creative deviations
In the performance of the contract, BONNEN expressly reserves the right to deviate from the descriptions and specifications in our brochures, catalogs and other written and electronic documents with regard to color, weight, dimensions, design or similar features, provided that such deviations are reasonable for the customer. Reasonable reasons for changes may result from production-related fluctuations and technical production processes.
